The FNB Residential Property Barometer survey of estate agents for the 1st quarter of 2010 saw respondents estimating a more significant jump in residential demand activity demand activity compared with previous quarters. After a previous level of 5.68 (on a scale of 1 to 10), the demand activity rating jumped to 6.35 in the 1st quarter of 2010. This level is a sharp 32.3% higher than the corresponding quarter a year ago.
