Top agents join Leapfrog Property Group
Posted: 13th December 2010
It’s no surprise that the Leapfrog Property Group continues to attract the very best real estate professionals into its fold, a result of offering top agents a comprehensive solution to managing the ups and downs of the property industry through an innovative share structure, an ethos of nurturing entrepreneurial flair and providing a world-class administrative back-end that allows agents to focus on the business of excellent customer service, while the onerous administrative demands of the property game are taken care of by dedicated functions within each Leapfrog franchise.
Husband and wife team Jason and Sharleen Paisley, owners of Empire Estates, join the Glenvista franchise ably led by principal and Leapfrog Regional Director Jacques Bronkhorst. Jason is a well known figure and multi-award winner in the Southern Suburbs property market and adds that the benefits of joining a national property group with Leapfrog’s credentials was a major deciding factor in their decision to consolidate their entrepreneurial interests and go the Leapfrog route. “Few people realise the onerous administrative time and cost demands of managing a real estate agency, especially when operating as an independent. We had been looking for some time to join an established property group that would still allow us to have an entrepreneurial drive, alleviate some of the pressure that happens in the administrative back-end and provide the infrastructure needed to compete effectively in a very competitive market. This would allow us to do what we are passionate about and do best – matching buyers and sellers of great properties,” says Jason.
Terecia du Plessis joins Leapfrog Pretoria. “When my mentor Ronald Ennik Joined Leapfrog it made me curious as to why he made the move and I decided to go for an interview. “It was immediately apparent that Leapfrog is well organised and that the agents are happy and part of a very efficient and well-managed team. Being part of this team is already showing results for me in the form of higher sales volumes. Besides this teamwork philosophy, the long-term financial stability for agents even after they retire was an important factor in my decision to join Leapfrog. In a nutshell - Leapfrog really does put its agents first.” Terecia’s first year as a ‘rookie’ saw her finish in second position for two consecutive years in an office with many more experienced agents and achieved Gold Club status in 2010 prior to joining Leapfrog.
Mario Louw joins Leapfrog Atlantic Sea Board/City Bowl as a Sales Manager. With extensive project management and marketing experience, Mario is adept at understanding a client’s lifestyle requirements and delivering on their expectations. “I joined Leapfrog motivated by the work ethos and methodology of Gavin Wright, Principal of the Leapfrog City Bowl office. The brand has been built on outstanding service orientation and as a result the office is known in the region for its commitment to service excellence. My focus will be on raising the benchmark for the sales and rentals teams and to ensure they have the support and structure they need to function at optimal levels. The property game has changed dramatically and we’re seeing a growing number of website queries coming through. It’s no longer simply a case of selling houses - today’s professional agent needs to consult to buyers and sellers on the opportunities within the market as well as the best way of marketing a specific property.” The Leapfrog Property Group works directly with their clients to yield all parties the best results, contact your local office to experience the difference.
