The most important part of any business is training and development of skills, to further the personal development of the franchisee, as well as franchise management, agents and support staff which in turn benefits the business.

Training is extremely critical in the real estate industry - an industry known for its lack of skills, unprofessional conduct and unethical trading practices, which in general has created a poor public perception.

Leapfrog facilitates a number of property management training options to ensure that all agents meet the standards that are expected of them.
 

• NQF

Firstly and most importantly, we ensure that each and every Leapfrog Estate Agent is qualified according to the standards defined in the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

A new real estate national training and education program has been prescribed for all agents and principals by the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB). Due to the nature of the industry and the sheer value of transactions that are generated on an annual basis, there is the need to ensure that all agents, principals and practitioners are suitably qualified to give sound professional real estate advice and limit the risks of customers being misled and subsequently prejudiced or disadvantaged as a result.

In order to ensure that Leapfrog agents and principals meet the standards as defined in the NQF, we are very proud to align ourselves with the Prior Learning Centre that serves to facilitate this property training qualification process on our behalf.
