The property is a going concern (Closed Corporation).

The 1760ha is made up by 4 farms. The farms are all connected and broken into 14 camps with sweet-field (soetveld) coverage. The farm is currently run as a grazing farm. Fences and gates are in very good condition.

Water: Rainfall is an average of 582mm per annum, according a record being kept on one of the farms for over 100 years. There are 6 windmills and 1 solar pump with 8 large cement reservoirs feeding 25 water troughs. There are also 8 natural dams.

Improvements: Two cattle kraal in good order, is located apart to maintain the herds grazing which are grazing apart.
There is an old three bedroom stone house, close to a stone wall kraal under iron roof and barn. A second, smaller staff house is situated on another farm. The CC also owns a gorgeous, spacious Dutch style dwelling on a 6000m2 stand in the nearby town, Senekal. The latter home, is considered the primary dwelling of the farm, but can be sold separately.
